We were here with our extended family for a get together a couple days before our wedding. It was a great place for us adults (about 20 years old through 80 years old) to get together and hang out - having great food and reasonable prices. We called ahead and got a table for 20 put together. We were up on the landing and out of the main traffic so it was nice to have some space. The staff took pretty good care of us considering we were a larger group. We had to ask for a couple things a couple times but they were pleasant and did a nice job.
Their entire menu is so delicious!! BUT, if you have a senstive stomach, plan to have some Tums or something for your tummy. The Hunganrian food can be a bit heavy in your stomach. I always get a chili dog and fries, you can't go wrong. Other popular dishes are the chicken paprikas (dumplings) and their chili soup. Its all so full of flavor.
Its a fun place and their decorating is all in hot dogs and onther nostalgia; alot of autographed hot dogs by famous people. It does get busy and loud though.
One of the down sides is that the location is not in the best part of town and parking is across the street. Just be alert while you are moving around. They do have a 'guard' in the parking lot, but more security would make some people feel more comfortable.
TIP: Try the 'chili sundae'. Its not on the menu, but is the perfect size dinner with the chili and sourcream in a sunday cup with bread on the side. YUM!
