We went with another family. We ended up with symptoms of bedbugs as confirmed by our doctor and which were found in our room BTW. Great Wolf and AmerSpec their insurance company were slow to react and have never made good on their promises. We will never return. We also found the water park to be chilly. Kids had a great time. The arcade is nice.

If you have never been to a Great Wolf Lodge and Waterpark, you are missing out! They have everything you need, under one roof. The restaurants are great, they have an arcade, a nail salon for kids, Starbucks, Ice cream shop, pizza by the slice, awesome decor, any and everything you would need. Our room was great - we have three kids and they love the little "cabin" that was especially for them (built in the main room). Fireplace, refrigerator, couch, queen bed, table, chairs, coffee table made up the rest of the room. Large enough that you do not feel confined at all. The water park is indoors and connected to the main lodge. When warm enough, there is also a huge outdoor pool. The employees are awesome and very good at their job. From the minute you check in until the time you leave, you are treated like royalty. If you have kids, please don't pass up on The Great Wolf Lodge!

I agree with other posters' reviews that this GWL is a lot smaller than the one in Niagara. The rooms are similar but the lobby area and the waterpark are quite smaller with a lot less to do.

Ate at one of the restaurants and it was good and kids ate free which was a bonus. There are plenty of restaurants in the area if you decide to venture out of the resort.

The waterpark and the water temperature was awful...COLD! We were shivering most of the time and couldn't wait to get back to our room for a hot shower to warm up. And the lifeguards...all young kids who looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. No real safety measures put in place either for the waterpark....it was a free for all. Parents drinking beer everywhere and i mean everywhere, no height measurement required...nothing. Like I said, a free for all.

The beds are awful. Hard and uncomfortable and the pillows are brutal. My neck was so sore the next morning...honestly, we've never had a worse night sleep.

All in all it was just ok...kids had fun which is the most important part. But they too were a bit disappointed and said how it was much different from the Niagara Falls GWL.

Would we stay @ this GWL again....definitely a no...there is no way I would ever sleep in those beds ever again.

We stayed here on the 20th of October for the first time. Check in was very easy as well as checking out. Room was clean as well as the balcony. We were on the 4th floor and had vaulted ceilings which made the room feel bigger than it was. The beds were a little hard with nice fluffy pillows. Water park is geared more to smaller kids, but my 12 yo daughter and her 11 yo friend ended up having a blast. Draw back was they weren't allowed to go into the water park on their own,which didnt help out with the adults not feeling well. Also there is a seating deck over the Manitoba hot tubs, which keeps the air stuffy and hot without really being able to relax and made the water seem a lot hotter than what would be considered comfortable for a hot tub. We didn't eat here as the food was very expensive for our budget, however there are plenty of stores and food places within a 2 mile radius. Would consider coming here again, but it really is geared for children younger than mine.
