This hotel pushed me beyond the limits of good feedback the first night.
Their atm in the lobby wasn't working. Our room card did not work and had to be rescanned 2 times. The restaurant they boast about on their page has been closed for over a year which I was hoping to enjoy. They use this area now for their mediocre-at-best continental breakfast which they didn't give us enough coupons for. The first night it started to rain at 10:00pm. My children were already in bed. The ceiling in our room started to leak so we called to get rooms switched. They moved us to a room without a microwave and fridge (which I paid extra for these). When I went to the lobby to figure the situation out, the man at the counter hardly spoke any English you could understand. He told me "Sorry, no more rooms." He changed his mind real quick when he saw me grab a feedback card and write his name down. (the parking lot was almost empty) Magically the room next to our original one was available and had the fridge and microwave. This guys name is Eddie in case you do stay here. Everyone else was very nice and helpful but this guy made a bad situation for the hotel even worse with his bad attitude. The arcade is a joke. Every game was out of prize tickets, 3 games took my money which the hotel is of course, "not responsible for". The rooms weren't terrible but there were alot of cobwebs in corners. I did notice that the maids carts had adhesive rollers for the carpets instead of vacuums which is disturbing. The only real high note for this hotel is the pool is above average size and the hot tub was very nice. I have gathered that this was once a very nice hotel but is steadily declining in all areas.
