I took my daughter to this restaurant for a quick and inexpensive meal. (The food was what you would expect from an "all you can eat" pizza place. The cleanliness was poor in that most tables were empty, but had not been cleaned. The ice machine spit out 2 cubes per minute) When we arrived home, I noticed my daughter was missing a shoe (she's 20 months old.) We raced back to the restaurant, which only took a few minutes since we live less than 3 miles away. Upon arriving it took over 5 minutes for the person at the cash register to come out from the back. She then told us that no shoe had been found. A very nice customer who recognized my daughter and I (we had been gone less than 15 minutes) intervened and told the cashier that she watched the busboy pick up the shoe less than 5 minutes prior. The manager came out, listened to the information and went to the back and picked the shoe out of the trash. The shoe was soaked in oil and vinegar and had to be thrown away. Granted I'm responsible for leaving the shoe at the restaurant, but what kind of business that highlights the word "Family" in their advertising would immediately throw away a toddlers shoe?
