“Secluded Luxury!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2012

Situated near Elia on a very quiet coast road, these villas typify all that is best about Greece. As a couple, we booked a one-bedroom villa, but were upgraded at no extra cost to the larger Villa Maria, which is outside the main gate, with partial sea views over the road. We can highly recommend it. It has three open air seating areas – an upper deck for breakfast, a lower one by the L-shaped pool for the afternoon sun and a veranda by the front door where you enjoy the sunset, drinking ouzo and listening to the constant song of a nightingale! Sheer Hellenic bliss! A stroll across the road takes you to a really excellent taverna, attached to the Hotel Virginia. There is no need to eat anywhere else. (Indeed, the options around here are rather limited, unless you drive to Nikiti or Neos Marmaras.)

The villa is all stone and marble, and very well appointed. The kitchen is well-equipped (both types of oven, coffee-maker, large fridge-freezer, toaster, even waffle-maker!), there is digital TV, a music centre, good air con and a small but adequate bathroom. The large Jacuzzi seemed not available for use, so check this out. Kostas and Maria give you a wonderful welcome and provide fresh bread daily (and sometimes fresh berries from the garden!) plus the usual breakfast items on request. Rooms are serviced and linen changed on alternate days.

But this basic description really gives you little idea of how special this place really is. You are living in luxurious, secluded and peaceful surroundings in a very attractive, relatively unspoilt corner of Greece. Very, very different from those large, impersonal hotels, offering a ‘square box plus balcony’ at almost the same price. So if you want something a bit different, do yourself a favour and come here. You will not regret it.

Room Tip: Ask for Villa Maria

we booked this villa, two couples for a week in Halkidiki. Our first time there.Halkidiki is a peninsule near the city of Thessaloniki, and you can reach by car.
The villa was beyond our expectations. The place has everything you want for relaxing holidays.Every villa has its private pool, its private balcony hand made by stone. The house is spacious and with all facilities. So is like to spend your holidays in your own countryside house. The beach is close to the villa, the sea is the meaning of greek summer.i loved it.
There's also a jacuzzi on the basement, all made by stone and around has sofas.
you have your own fully equiped kitchen so you can prepare your lunch.the evenings we ejoyed the sunsets at the balcony with a bottle of wine and music.
The village of Nikiti is a traditional one,at the shore are many taverns and bars, two nights we had a dinner there,by the sea.i fell in love with this place, definitely recommended.

Room Tip: every villa is different,we enjoyed the most villa nepheli.has also a jacuzzi.

our first time in halkidiki and friends from the north suggested us to book a room at Sithonia. Nikiti is a nice village with excellent sea.the villas are out of the village, very quiet area, the sea unbelievable, generally halkidiki has warm and crystal water! the sea is about five minutes walk by the villas. the advantage is the independence of each house, has its private pool, perfect pool not small and always clean, has of course its own kitchen living room, bedrooms,is a perfect holiday house.the kitchen fully equiped,so we did not had to have outside our meals,we prepared sth quick and enjoyed our veranda.we had the feeling that we owned a holiday house,a luxury villa and the nights we also had visits from our friends from thessaloniki.
The villa had and a jacuzzi.the best i have ever had.surely reccomended!

Room Tip: choose the villa with the garden

in the middle of August I booked this villa for a week .It gives you the feeling of owning the villa, and not being just a guest. Each one has private pool very clean. We love Halkidiki for holidays and the village of Nikiti combines everything. the villa is luxury built, marble and stone, furnishing of fine wood and has all the amenities.
At the basement has also a spa jacuzzi for private use.During the day we were at the beach not far away from the unit, 10 min by feet.and the noons we enjoyed our veranda and the pool.it is ideal for night bath. excellent combination for relaxation and privacy.

Room Tip: choose a villa with veranda

I rent a villa for July for a 5 persons family for 10 days. The villas are located in paradise, full nature and serenity. There are many villas but you have privacy. The unit has all facilities also a private pool.Inside well decorated, full extra kitchen,a jacuzzi downstairs made of stone and marble. I loved the suroundings and the view.

Room Tip: choose a villa according the number of people stay.

I stayed for a week during last week of August and earlies September.
the unit is fantastic, you feel like your own, never bothers you others and you have your private pool and jacuzzi inside the house.
I liked the sea,is not so close but not so far, i really liked that is full of green, surrounded of flowers and trees.
The house was comfortable and luxury, all by marble and stone. Is also very clean and has everything you need in a country side house. All kitchen utilities, has also a dvd and a music player, hair drier , except bath towels also for the pool.
Generally i liked the privacy and the peaceful area, without noise and with a private pool.
Considering what offers is not expensive.
The nearest village is nikiti, worths a walk, has also restaurants and taverns and bars, for all kind of people. is a bit noisy the noons.

Room Tip: our villa was Artemis, spacious ,amazing balcony.

Great luxury vacation , in one of the suites of the hotel with an indoor pool. You just couldn't get out of the room, although the region of Sithonia (name of the second leg of Halkidiki ,where the villas ara located) , is magnificent. The spacious pool was amazingly clean and cool and i imagine that in the winter it would be even greater The owners of the vila made us feel like home. Very good restaurants in the area next to the villas anda great point for excursions, if you could outside of the indoor pool!
