parking lot not great for a semi to get in....the price can not be beat! $59.00....the people were freindly, the lobby was beautiful and clean..the room was clean and the bed was comfy but it was apparent that the bathroom had not been cleaned from the last person that stayed...soap shelves were covered in old slimy soap,hair in tub and cob webs on ceiling...( clean towels and new soap)..the furnishings were fairly tired looking, carpet looked new...all in all for the price I was satisfied and would prob stay again( but I would make sure I had a clean shower) I should have complained but I was tired from driving all day and just wanted some rest....this would not be a great place to take your your family and stay but for a cheap 10 hour break as I had it was ok considering the low price..

While the rates were okay, the hotel was dirty. The pool area floor was black with dirt or mold. The bathroom wall was falling apart from a previous leak. The walls were dirty, and there was an inch of dust on the lamps.

We stay here every year when visiting Kings Island, normally for 2 night. It's average in cleanliness and comfort. Would not want to stay for a week or longer tho. Beds are pretty comfortable but bring your own pillow, theirs is small and pretty worn. Breakfast is very good and filling and the rate is very reasonable and staff is friendly and helpful. If you want a 5 star hotel go elsewhere but if you just want somewhere cheap and clean just to shower and sleep for a couple nights, this is it. WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR, GOOD LORD WILLING.

My son goes down for a tennis fundraiser every year in August. We pay the higher room rate because we are unsure of how many days we will be staying. The hotel's policy is to charge the full amount the day you check in. Checkout was terrible because the desk clerk did not know what to do. The manager was rude when I called about the refund. My account wasn't credited until the next billing cycle. The property is run down from the last year we stayed there. We won't be staying there again.
