My daughter got a gift card for Bob Evans for christmas and figured we would use it today for breakfast. Lately we have lost interest in these restaurants, because of the decline in service and food quality. We sit down in our booth, look over the menu and wait for our waitress to return. My daughter always orders the pick two combo, a salad, baked potato and most importantly dinner rolls. Now it is twenty till 11:00 when we order, we are aware that the dinner rolls start at 11:00 and ask that she can have rolls. Our waitress returns with our food at 10:48, informs my daughter that she will have to wait 12 minutes and we roll our eyes, start eating, slowly. At 11:00 Sharp, our waitress is nowhere to be found, my daughter goes to another waitress, asks for some dinner rolls "No Problem Honey, is Two Enough", was her response. Now the waitress brings her rolls, my food average at best, we did score dinner rolls and the chance of our waitress getting a tip? I used to eat here 3 times a week, but maybe they should think about their customer service and the attitudes of the people they employ.
