“No hot water, 2nd floor smelled of smoke and construction noise was loud!”

I stated for a one night business trip. I am a loyal Hilton customer but this was just horrible. The 2nd floor smelled like old, stale smoke. The room was acceptable, large and clean. Smelled freshly febreezed. There was very little hot water. My shower was room temperature. The towels smelled of chlorine like they had been used at the pool or serious amounts of bleach had been used. There was construction on the first floor which was noisy and distracting. The check-in guy was personable.

We've stayed over the last 11 years at pretty much every hotel at the exit for Kings Island Amusement Park. This was certainly one of the better ones. Rooms were clean and larger than average. Walking distance to food options. Quiet which was nice considering the fact that there were a lot of kids around for various park events. Would stay here again in the future. Waffle House is next door and super yummy 24 hours a day!

This Hampton is probably the worst I have ever stayed in. I travel for a living and stay in Hilton properties 99% of the time. You walk in the front door of the hotel and smell the indoor pool.(very bad smell) The room is dirty, old, dusty, dirt in the corners of the room and the paint is scraped off some walls. In my room 3 light bulbs are burnt out. I can keep going but I think you get the point. The front desk clerk is not a happy person and it shows. I will not return to this hotel again. Also I tried to print my boarding pass in the business center and one computer was broke and no paper in the printer. Just went to get bottled water and they do not have any.

Western & Southern Tennis Tournament is a annual fundraiser. My son goes every year. This hotel is run down and the staff rude. When you check in, it is the independent owner's policy to charge the credit card upfront the full amount. Check out was a nightmare. The refund credit took a full credit card statement. Never again!

disgusting pool with hair floating in it and gross jacuzzi area. the rugs were stained and had not been vacuumed in a while - with debris on the staircase. the front desk 'owners' were rude, unaccomodating and really nasty when we asked for spray to put on the wafffle maker - since they were sticking. the rooms and hallway smelled. we paid 119 a night for 2 queen room - very expensive and really not worth the price. don't stay here or the super 8 across the street. both were disgusting for both visits to this area near kings island amusement. could not believe how rude the checkin process was - the towels were stained.. just very bad.

We arrived for a vacation and were allowed to check in early. We stayed for 5 hours, used the pool, etc. then got a terrible phone call that we had a death in the family. We had to leave immediately. The staff went out of their way to do everything they could for us and ensured that we could come back and stay another time. The hotel was clean and nice. We will definitely go back.

Slightly odd design for a Hampton, indoor pool no so common. Property was older, but freshly renovated, at least the rooms were. Newer 'Hampton study area' in the room. HVAC was a little quirky, but got used to it.

Room Tip: Join HiltonHonors... same rub as all hotel chains!
