We have frequented this establishment many times over the last 2 years. Recently though they have a major problem with their reservations person. Twice within a 2 month period they have "lost" our reservation. Once for 10 people and once for 12 people. It is very embarrassing to show up with your party only to be told they don't have the reservation. This past Saturday the place was booked and they "lost" our reservation again. We had called it in on a previous Sunday and still had the record of it on our phone. The owner was the person we talked to and she was VERY rude from the onset. The fix to our situation was to offer us a table in the foyer near the front door and the entrance to the restrooms or we could stand around and wait to see if anybody left. My suggestion is to avoid this winery at all costs since there are so many other better wineries in the area with much more friendly people. Visit Springhill or any of the others first. We will not return.
