We attended the music trivia with friends and ordered 2 deli sandwiches. 45 minutes later they arrived. My husband started gagging on the first bite and finally managed to extract the piece of plastic included in his sandwich. It appeared to be the end of the shrink wrap that the deli cheeses and meats come in. The waitress removed the plate and later my husband asked what the manager had said. She answered "nothing" as she had just shown it to the cook. The manager was summoned and she offered another sandwich,no thanks, and then said she would not charge us for the one containing plastic, although she kept insisting they did not use plastic. She was most disagreeable and just kept asking what did we want her to do in a most haughty manner. We will never go back. I guess she thought not charging us for an uneaten sandwich was enough. A free round of drinks for the 4 of us would have made things right and there would have been no need for this bad review
