I have stayed here a few times and as always its great..I am certain it is the best in the area..I had to have an employee move her car so I could park my truck out of the way , this was not a problem at all..girl at check in was very freindly and pleasant ..welcomed me as a return guest and a priority club member...even had a call from the front desk asking how my room was...this is a great place that employs great people...room was clean and in well order ..only complaint is that the beds arent quite as soft as most Holiday Inns....great people,great place at a great price..

Great location for visiting Hocking Hills State Park. Had a bit of trouble finding it at first, because our GPS did not show Grey St., which is the hotel's street. But it's basically right there after you get off of US-33 and get onto State Route 664 South towards Hocking Hills. There's a Welcome Center on your left. The street across from it on the right is Lake Logan. You take this street and it leads to Grey street which will be on your right. There's a Mexican restaurant across from it. Further down Grey St. is Millstone BBQ. So you got two restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel is about a 20 minute drive from Old Man's Cave. I found the hotel to be clean and the beds comfortable and the staff competent. We got some free snacks on check-in. Our room had a microwave and refrigerator along with the TV ( though there was some static lines on the Olympics channel). Breakfast was good (though they had a little problem with the pancake maker that morning). I had scrambled eggs, sausage links, a pastry and some OJ and coffee. Generally quiet, though the people upstairs started jumping around at 3 in the morning for some odd reason. Air conditioning worked fine. There was a pool and workout room but we didn't have time to use them. Also they have a computer in the lobby you can use. I think they have WiFi as well. I would definitely stay here again. A little bit more than I expected at $150 for a night but well worth it for a pleasant, no problem stay.

My family stayed here while visiting Hocking Hills. The hotel and the grounds where very nice. The lady at the front desk was very kind and friendly. We found our room to be clean and easy access to the free continental breakfast, pool area. The breakfast was great every morning and was a money saver. The only negative we have was the pool area needed updated, the pool itself was in need of scrubbing down and the floor area surrounding the pool was worn out to the point the the pebbels where sticking to your feet and laying in the bottom of the pool. Also the hot-tub had yellow looking water in it, so nobody was using it. Other than that it was a decent safe place to stay.

We had to switch to this hotel during our vacation because the other one smelled too bad! Rooms were nice, but we were not given a room with a refrigerator or microwave - make sure to ask for it if you want these! Breakfast was very good, we all enjoyed the food. The beds are rock hard though - I was very uncomfortable for the 2 nights we were there. Something was going on with their pool, it was hot - and the hot tub was cold! The chemicals were off, because both kids broke out in a rash on their face. They did have a nice little work out room that overlooked the pool. It was a nice quiet place to exercise and still keep an eye on the kids. Still - I don't think I would return because of the beds.
