If you or your family is looking for the quite get away, then we recommend this place. We took a family trip up to Ohio and passed by this along the way. The price was decent for the room and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We stayed there for 3 nights and spent a lot of time hiking and other outdoor activities

I met a friend for a getaway reunion last week and thoroughly enjoyed our cabin. I expected a rustic cabin with pesky spiders and such, but was pleasantly surprised to find it immaculate! The bathroom looked brand new! The cabin included a full kitchen (no dishwasher) with dishes, pots, pans, etc. The bathroom had towels and soap, but did not include shampoo or lotion. Also, the bath towels had a sign asking they not be used for the hot tub as the bromine bleaches them. Outside, the cabin had a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), a fire ring, firewood, a picnic table, the hot tub, a covered porch swing, and outdoor patio chair and tables. The whole place was quaint and comfortable.

The location, about 2 miles off Highway 33 in Logan, was convenient to just about everything. We had a 20 minute drive to Old Man's Cave and a 10-12 minute drive to the zip line adventure. It's also close to Logan and Lancaster, which offer small town charm, antique shopping and modern conveniences.

I'd recommend the cabins to couples or for a friends' getaway.

Room Tip: Some rooms offer drive up parking. Others have remote parking with a short (100 foot) hike to the ca...

We stayed in the Anniversary cabin and it exceeded our expectations!! I figured I'd see bugs, spiders, etc being out in the woods but this place was very clean! The covered hot tub on the deck was very relaxing. Sat in it during a rainstorm! We loved having a swing on our deck as well. We also took a walk around the pond/gazebo area and checked out the hiking trails. Great views and saw a deer family. Check in and check out were a breeze. The town of Logan is very close as is Kroger, etc. This was our first trip to the Hocking Hills area and we will be back. I think Sweet Seclusion is next on my list in the wintertime! Loved our time here!

We had the "Honeymooner's" cabin for memorial day weekend and it was quite a nice getaway. The interior of the cabin was very nicely built with good wood and it seemed to have been newly built/renovated. No bugs despite being in the middle of nature. Very quite and secluded. Management was very accommodating to late arrival hours. The hot tub is a little old but still very nicely placed on the patio with a very nice view. Good location, 5 minutes driving to downtown (restaurants and Walmart/Kroger) and 10-15 minutes driving to Old man's cave.

My boyfriend and I spent our 5 year anniversary here. Words can't describe how beautiful and romantic this place was. You are secluded from all the other cabins. The one room cabin had a kitchen, living area and bed. There was a porch in the back with a hot tub completely surrounded by trees. You cannot find a better place if you want a romantic get-away with that special someone.

Room Tip: I think any of the cabins would be an excellent choice. We have never been dissatisfied at Hocking...

I booked the Working Man's Special for me and my husband's 3rd anniversary. It was a very secluded and perfect place. No outside world to bother you and still very beautiful in the winter. The owners were very friendly. The cabin was great. Clean and just right for a romantic getaway. The hot tub was fantastic.

Room Tip: Print directions to get there because you will probably not have phone service for your gps!
