I am employed by a local agency, and was working with a family whom was homeless. This family had no where to go and I had no where to place them and it was a snowy stormy Saturday evening. I contacted the staff at Best Value Inn, and they were more then grateful to accomodate my family. The staff allowed me to place the family and delay the payment until the following business day. The staff never hesitated about letting the family stay at their motel. When the Monday came, the family was still in a bind and so was I. The motel graciously allowed the family to reside in the motel until arrangements could me made. This is an excelleant motel and the staff is great, and they will meet all of your expectations.

This was the second time we stayed at the Lima BVI this year. The service was great and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are large and clean. The price was reasonable and the location is easy on and off I75. We recommend this hotel.

I host a get together in the Lima area, and this hotel went out of their way to take care of our every need. It was immaculately clean, customer service was second to none. I have stayed at many other hotels in Ohio, and have to say that this place is top notch!!!

Stayed here for three nights, 11/23 – 11/25/2007 with my family. We had a good time at this hotel. The location was great it is easy to get to right off the freeway. The price was very reasonable. Staff and front desk staff was very friendly, respectful, helpful, and professional. The rooms were a decent size, bed was comfortable, bathrooms clean, very quite room, internet was great, and great breakfast. The hotel was very quiet, and the service was excellent. We spend a wonderful time with my family in the swimming pool, indoor patio area, and the exercise room. We would definitely stay at this property again if we were in the area. Overall recommended.
