Not good at all. Service is slow and the food is just poor.

“Much Better - Improved Menu”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2012

I was really pleasantly surprised a few days ago when I went back to the Acapulco . They have literally gotten their act together with a new menu with some great specialties and new items . The food was tasty, creative and fast. I also noticed that they are doing a "carry out " business as well which is also a great idea. The dining room was a lot cleaner than in the past and it seems that they are really going to BE the best mexican restaurant in the area and not just the "only" mexican restaurant in the Lebanon. Tip : Try the fajitas !! They are all good !

“I can't believe we have this in Lebanon”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2012

This place is on top of things. Service is the name of the game. As soon as you sit down, they have chips and salsa waiting for you. They are happy to bring you as much as you want and it is excellent quality.

Prices on the menu are cheap and portions are huge! Usually for the two of us to eat, it is around $15. If you want a drink, they have huge Mexican beers for a few dollars.

I can't say enough about the service at this place. They always seem to be busy but you never have a problem getting served. People are friendly and smiling. If you're a local or just visiting from out of town, you need to dine at this place!

“This is the best Mexican Restaurant IN Lebanon because it is the ONLY Mexican Restaurant in Lebanon”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 12, 2012

This is one of those sad situations where you want to really say the best things -- and there is no place to get the same food nearby-. Personally, I prefer the drive to El Rancho Grande in Middletown or the new El Piquante in Maineville/Hamilton Township the food is better in both of these places but they are NOT in Lebanon !
Acapulco has the very standard mexican fare and the pitchers of margaritas etc. The decor is muraled walls and plastic red booths- nothing exciting. The food is very standard mexican fare- although they DO have great fajitas for 2- very generous portions.
The waiters are so/so in english so be sure they get the menu number of the items you are ordering but overall they get the orders right. The food is prepared quickly as well and served piping hot. Be prepared for a lot of noise it is a loud place! Dress is very casual and it is a fun place to drop in with the kids or friends at the last minute. Prices are reasonable too. The place is really crowded on the weekends-so come early for dinner or you will wait.

“Best food and margaritas in town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2011 via mobile

All you can eat free salsa and chips. Monstrous margaritas that will surely do the trick ;) Highly recommend the chicken enchiladas monterrey and their choriqueso. service is great and the servers hustle! Even if there is a crowd, well worth the wait. Best mexican food in the county, best restaurant in Lebanon.
