i cannot say that i have grown up eating at traders, although i can remember when it was mcbees and i guess i had always avoided the place because it reminds me of funerals, being that it is across the street from frank smith's where my family has always used and we would eat dinner there when these occasions would come. with that said, within the past year we have begun to frequent traders fairly regularly. the food is great, home made diner fare with a few specialties on the menu. i am a sucker for home made salad dressing and their thousand island is my favorite! the service is always fast and efficient. you cannot go wrong stopping by on wacky wednesday for their super cheap specials!
