What a great place. Nicely updated but has kept the old historical feel. Very friendly staff. Cozy and Comfortable.

Room Tip: No elevator. Ask for 1st floor if you have a lot of luggage .

I recently stay in the Inn, My son is a student at Hiram and we went to do Relay for Life with him and his friends. Overall a very nice inn. My only complaint was that I booked my room on line and booked a specific room which was confirmed by the hotel but when I got there they had me in a different room. The staff was very accommodating and all but disappointed about the room I recieved

Room Tip: Make sure when booking a room online that you get that room

We are glad to hear that despite the hiccup with our reservation system, your visit to the Hiram College campus was otherwise enjoyable. Please know that our team is deeply sorry for the inconvenience of receiving an alternate room. Thank you for letting us know about the issue you had as it has allowed us to investigate and resolve the issue in our booking engine. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Break free from the chains, and stay at an charming inn owned by Hiram College! You will not be sorry; it's filled with tasteful period charm and steeped in history. The staff serves with exquisite professionalism. Be sure to ask them to start the "Regina", the giant 1896-vintage music box, as you enjoy your breakfast next morning....

Thank you for a totally marvelous stay!

Stayed here several times from New York to settle my daughter into Hiram College. We always stay in the Garrett Suite, room 28. I like the balcony to people watch and to enjoy sitting somewhere other than the room. The bed and pillows were very comfy. Since our last visit they had redone a few things in the room along with a new comforter. The only complaint I had was not an extra toilet paper roll. There wasn't anyone to ask for one since in the late evening no one is at the front desk. A desk to sit with my laptop on would have been nice. Overall it suited our needs being on campus. I would stay here again and would recommend it to parents for kids on the campus.

Our travel budget is limited this summer so we took a trip that was close to home. Rooms were large and decorated nicely. Each room is decorated differently. Breakfast room was very pleasant and we loved the deck off the breakfast room. Such a nice alternative to a chain hotel. Web site had good descriptions of each room so that helps. Hiram is a teeny town so you have to go to Garrettsville (about 4 miles away) to eat unless you are there when school is in session. The smell of the box woods in front reminded me of Williamsburg!

We arrived late after the front desk had closed but Campus security was there within minutes to let us in the front door of the Inn. Our keys and information were on the front desk waiting. Security gave us a tour of the inn and where the room was. Room was nice and comfy looking. Bed was very comfortable. No noise. Breakfast was good. Nice menu of waffles or cereal. Coffee in room was good. WIFI was easy to hook up to. Will return when in that area for business or pleasure.
