We missed the cruise but they came back for us and some others which was heartening.
Really informative cruise. We went out through Hells Gates and saw some locals wielding what looked like gigantic crayfish. The fish farm's were really interesting. Sarah Island ok.
Then a lunch buffet which was really good and plentiful. Smoked salmon and Tassie brie galore alongside a great celery salad amongst other things. Plenty for everyone and seconds.
The Huon Pine walk was amazing. We wanted to go further up the river. A lovely thing to do on a rainy day in Strahan. We paid the cheapest price- not necessary to pay premium. It was great.
