From Melbourne to Devonport, everything was ok. Oceans recliners were comfortable and the weather was not too bad.
But on our way back to Melbourne, we found the staff terribly rude. When we arrived for check-in, the lady asked for our pension card. As we are 25, I said that we didn't apply for a pensionner concession. She replied that we booked for the concession fare, eventhough we had the e-ticket proving that it was not the case.
Then she started to check her booking list for 10 minutes, whithout explaining what was happening. At the end she just said "someone amended his booking and took yours instead" (???)
Then she printed new boarding passes but told us we would have to ask for key cards by ourselves on board. We arrived on the boat 5 minutes before departure because of their lack of organisation.
On the boat, we wanted to buy a snack at the Lavender bar but it was impossible: everything was sold out at only 8pm! They should stock up more supplies.
In the ladies bathroom, they forgot to refill the soap, so it was missing too.
The cruise is pleasant but very expensive, for such a price, they should reconsider their vision of customer service!
