“Poor customer service...”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 25, 2014

Walked out after waiting 15 minutes for cashier to get off the phone. Surly 30 second to serve a customer or at the very least some sort of acknowlagement isnt too much to ask.

“Jetty Cafe for lunch”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 10, 2013

We had a lovely lunch here, on our way back to Hobart after three lovely nights on Bruny Island. I had the scallops and they were as fresh as can be, delicious. The others all commented on how good their meals were also. Good coffee too and such a beautiful outlook with the boats and the bay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service was fine.

“Captured market as you wait for the ferry”

Coffee quite good quality. Service could be a bit friendlier though.... Lovely view of boats and bay. Good selection of goodies to buy for family/friends.

“Lovely......low food miles...as local as possible”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013 via mobile

I adore this cafe restaurant, and regularly have coffee or lunch when I am on the Island. The owners/chef and staff are very fussy about the food and it is as local and as organic as you can get on the Island. The Providore/ice cream shop has imported delights and local potatoes and veggies. Not a big range, more a basic for when you forget t o buy salt or milk. Try the amazing rum drenched browned. They will blow your taste buds out the enormous windows.overlook the sea views. Watch the boats and the birds. Also the adjacent classy little art and jewellery shop with designer pieces you will drool over, while you are waiting for your lunch.
