We never go back to the same place twice as we like to stay at different places however, Storey Grange is the first place we came back for more. They have everything you want in a place to get away for the weekend spa, port, cheese plater, lots of things for a cooked breakfast it's fantastic!!!. To put the icing on the cake the owners are just lovely and bend over backwards to be helpful without interrupting your romantic weekend. Can see myself going back for a third time :)

Room Tip: All rooms are great check them all out when you go back for more!!

My wife and I live on the Central Coast and needed a place to stay while visiting old friends in the Blue Mountains. It was the perfect arrangement for a weekend stay. Geoff and Daphne couldn't have been more hospitable and the Garden Suite and its situation was perfect.

the only bad thing i can say about this place is i wish it was closer to where we lived so we could travel over any weekend we need a break. i travelled here with my husband for a weekend in the end of december. everything is set up by the owners so well so you can have a truly relaxing, peaceful stay. i loved the little touches such as bubble bath to use in the spa, cd's with relaxing music, champagne and glasses, candles and matches. and the bed is so comfortable!! my husband and i never have time to eat breakfast together so the barbecue and table and chairs set-up on our verandah, and fridge stocked with breakfast food was our favourite part. we could sleep in as long as we liked, cook our own breakfast and just sit peacefully on our verandah as long as we liked. no setting the alarm like we usually have to make sure we don't miss breakfast. would definantly stay here again.

Room Tip: we loved the verandah suite. very peaceful and private

Thank-you Stacey for your kind words. It was our objective to give everyone that comes here, privacy and peace and quite, so necessary in this hectic world. Daphne andf I are glad you enjoyed yourselves and that you were able to go away refreshed. Come and see us during the winter so as you can enjoy the charm and romance of the open fire. See you againn soon.

Storey Grange is a simply beautiful establishment that I would recommend to anyone looking for something special. Daphne and Geoff are very hospitable and, in the Garden Suite, have created an exquisite environment with many personal touches. Every need was catered for and privacy was ensured. We plan to return to Storey Grange when the weather is cooler to enjoy the open fire. The accommodation offered at Storey Grange is far more intimate and personal than that of a hotel. Divine!

It's hard to know where to start. From the moment Jeff met us at the door to when we were leaving we felt that he was there to only make our weekend more memorable. His knowledge of the local attractions, from sight seeing to dining was exceptional. The rooms are private, as is the location and you can walk through the bush to a lovely, private view that is just sensational.

The setup on arrival and the privacy was amazing - I only wish that the main house was still used as a B&B!!!

A lovingly built, well maintained, comfortable set up that means you feel like home without any of the normal hassles of being there!!

Room Tip: Garden Suite has a little balcony that over looks the bush but the Grand View room has a lovely priv...

Storey Grange is one of those places where you have to see it to believe it because it's exceeded all our expectations! We stayed in the Garden Suite for two nights and did not want to leave this beautiful and quaint home away from home! Geoff, the owner, greeted us at the front door and immediately made us feel so welcomed. His wife, Daphne, is a wonderful massage therapist with hands as strong as steel and as soft as silk, and having an 80 mins massage when you get there is highly recommended! Both are so accommodating and full of knowledge, from the best places to eat out at in Springwood to the easiest bushwalk out to a secluded viewpoint with a spectacular view of the valley (right next to the property!) and where the best picnic places are in Glenbrook National park! The location of the property is also easy to get to, just 1.5hrs away from Sydney and half an hour away from Wentworth Falls and Katoomba (Three Sisters).

Our room was clean and tidy and had a large corner spa, breakfast amenities, a bottle of champagne, some port, a cosy fireplace and a private porch with bbq facilities, which was great for cooking breakfast and dinner! Little touches like fluffy bathrobes, bunny rugs, fresh flowers on the table, candles by the spa and a fine selection of classical music made the experience all the more enjoyable! It's a GREAT place to unwind and relax but also close enough to the national parks for day activities.

We loved, loved, LOVED this place and would absolutely recommend it to family and friends. But don't take our word for it, go and check it out for yourself!
