We stayed in this Premier Inn for 2 nights in June on our way down to London and like all the other Premier Inns we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. There is only one problem with these hotels is they do not have a little fridge in the room. Being from Australia we found this very unusual and not convenient when you have things that need to be kept cold.

I stayed her last week with my wife and three small children in a family room.

I found the room to be clean and laid out to Premier Inns usual good standard. There was nothing I would have considered dirty or overly worn out. The room was a little small for 2 adults and 3 children but to be fair Premier rooms never really get much bigger. We are regular premier in users all over the country and this was all expected.

What set this particular Premier Inn apart was the level of service. Our youngest has a dairy allergy which the staff at breakfast were only too happy to accommodate we also ate dinner at the adjacent pub, the service was timely and the food was of good quality. On our final evening we wanted to order a take away after arriving back at the hotel late. We asked for a recommendation for a take away or two in the area. We were passed a handful of menus and were advised they would be happy to call an order through for us. I made the call myself and arranged for delivery when I advised reception that a delivery would be coming the receptionist offered to get some plates and cutlery for us.

All in all everyone at the Hotel and pub were friendly and only too happy to help. The rooms and food were to a good standard and the service was better than I normally expect from a Premier Inn. Happy to recommend this one.

Just got back from a weekend stay in west brom. Great holiday to visit Black Country museum and Dudley zoo and castle. Room was adapted for a family so sofa was set up as a bed and there was a mattress on the floor for my other daughter which was fine as she's only 5.
Had a meal in the restaurant which was really good, had a main, dessert, 2 kids meals and plenty of drinks and the bill was really cheap as the kids meals were free due to the bank holiday, nice start to the holiday!
The only thing I would change is the tv as it was old fashioned and it kept on going black and white but we weren't in the room long.
Room was very clean and staff very friendly.
Breakfast was nice, very fresh and well stocked if running out.
Would definitely recommend this hotel for value and location.

Stayed just the one night, recently, and found all staff to be very friendly, smiling and helpful. They gave us good advice on local places to visit, arranged a very good, prompt taxi locally, and were very thorough in every respect. Couldn't have been better, even if I'd paid a fortune somewhere 'up-market!' Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was comfortable and clean. Room was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. The Table Table pub next door was reasonably priced, comfy and the food was good.
It was obvious that there was plenty of CCTV on the car park but we were worried about the vehicle's security after reading a review on here saying their car had been broken into and the CCTV didn't work as it was too dark. They said the place apparently gets two break ins per month.
This may be but fortunately our vehicle was fine and our stay was very good.
Price was great (£25) as there was a sale on I think.
Location good for M5 and M6.

You been to one premier inn youve been to them all. though this one doesnt seem as upto date as the others its ok. I slept well ate breakie in the morning at the pub grub place. funny thing is i live round the corner but heating went out so decided to give it a try.

I hate how they still have a WW2 tv in there the size of a melon for all those 40 quids they get surely a decent sized tv is in order.

But although it was clean the bath tub kinda looks disgusting has paint chips around it well rather ceramic chips so you'll be wise not to sit you butt on it.

Room Tip: Not much to say really just ask for room facing the canal.
