“One night stay.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 30, 2013

Only slept there but the staffs appeared well prepared for our arrival and we were greeted with a pleasant smile. Informed of facilities and options of the menus available for evening dinner/breakfast. We were satisfied with our stay albeit a short one, we would use again. X

We are great supporters of Premier Inn and they are always high on our list for a stay. This hotel was excellent. A great location, wonderful food and drink in the adjoining Beefeater Grill. Whilst the woodwork in the bathroom looked a little tired, the overall impression of the room was good. Lovely views overlooking the extensive grounds. Less than 30mins from Birmingham it was a quiet location away from the bustle of the city. Staff as always very courteous and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Had another lovely few days at the Premier Inn visiting my brother for a christening. All was perfect with the exception of a leaking hot water sink tap which was very difficult to turn completely off. However I would not hesitate in staying there again.

Room Tip: We had a ground floor room overlooking a park area. Very peaceful and quiet.

As with all Premier Inn properties the staff were very helpful, rooms and facilities were very clean and well presented. The restaurant is very good with good selection of drinks and a good menu, but gets very busy so booking a table through reception is a good idea.

I stayed here recently for a week working the staff are all very friendly and make oyu feel welcome. There is a decent Beefeater connected (seperate review) that does the breakfast in a morning which is of a decent standard. Rooms are a little dated and TV's are a bit small BUT its a Premier Inn! so you know what you are getting if you book a premier inn and if you expect the Ritz then you need to really spalsh the cash! All in all not a bad stay and if you need good wifi ask for a room over looking the car park!
Wifi always seemed very slow until around 11pm

Room Tip: #47 over looked car park and had both options of Premier Inn Wifi and Beefeater wifi.

I was quite nervous about staying here as I was travelling alone and only read the negative reviews after I had booked, however I cannot praise this place enough, all staff reception and restaurant staff fastastic couldn't do enough for me I was lucky as I checked in a manager was passing through and he carried my case upstairs for me, my room spotlessly clean, bed comfy, good nights sleep, would recommend to anyone.

Just like all other Premier Inn's, "It does what it says on the tin". The web site for booking is as easy as anything can be, a bench mark for others. On arrival the reception was cheerful and professional. I had a ground floor room at the back of the hotel which was very quiet. As is usual with this chain everything worked as expected. the room was smaller than most Premier Inn rooms which probably comes from the fact that it was originally a Travel Inn. The room was showing small signs of age particularly in the bathroom where there was extened use of mastic and the chrome on the fittings is getting a little thin but this said it was clean as were the towels and the bedding. I din't have dinner at the Beefeater attached as I really didn't fancy anything on the menu so went into town (about 10 minutes by car). I did have the full breakfast however which was fine. the usual Premier Inn offer of what you want and as much as you want.

Room Tip: I always stay here if i'm attending the NEC which is only 20 minutes away and is a fraction of t...
