“Poor”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2012

Poor restaurant service, waiting far too long for drinks and meals. The bedroom wasn't very warm considering it was October.

“Poor Service”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 9, 2011

We had reserved a table for 1-30 at lunch time and wereseated very promptly at this time, but we were not served our starter for another half an hour despite being told several times it was on its way. When the starter did arrive (which was soup) it was barely warm.In view of the fact the restaurant was not particularly full I find this totally unacceptable.
