First off, the hotel is in a good location for drayton manor. but that's about where the positives end. The beds were very hard, the room incredibly hot and stuffy. The curtains painfully thin - no light was blocked out and it was the noisiest hotel I've been in! all night I heard doors slamming, people walking (they weren't even running) up and down the corridor. The doors should at least be soundproofed and soft closing with blackout lining in the curtains.
In my particular room, there was no soap in either of the two dispensers either!. If you were after a meal, there is a Frankie and Bennys opposite, but we had to wait over an hour for a table and then they got the bill wrong, terribly slow service and mediocre luke warm food. I would avoid!
