Stayed at the Corncroft as we were visiting Blenheim Palace with some friends from London who had already booked a B & B in nearby Hailey that had no more vacancies so was recommend to try this Guest House. I am so glad that we did. Richard and his sister Penny run a first class establishment. The guesthouse is well situated, just a few minutes walk from the town centre and there is plenty of on-street parking which is all free. When we arrived Penny met us and showed us to our room which was on the ground floor. It was a spacious room with a four poster bed. There is a kettle in the room, with a tray with coffee, tea, chocolate, milk etc and the nice little touch is the chocolates and shortbread biscuits. We needed a taxi to go over to meet with our friends and this was easily arranged. Breakfast was to die for, Richard cooks a lovely breakfast, best that we have ever had whilst staying away. There was cereal, yoghurt and fruit to start followed by a fully cooked breakfast which consisted of eggs (cooked to however you want them), hash browns, sausages, bacon, black pudding, tomatoes, beans and mushrooms. All this followed by toast and marmalade and on-going tea or coffee. We will definitely use this guesthouse again. Thank you Richard.
