“Awful service”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed July 14, 2014

Will never be visiting here again. They brought our food out before we even had a high chair as they were all in use. The adults meals were majorly overpriced we had burgers and they came out exactly the same size as the kids meal and were burnt. They also tried charging for the kids drink that should have been included.we found the manager/supervisor very rude only interested in getting money

“pizza disaster but handled brilliantly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

Ordered Hawaiian was told it would be fast as we had plane to catch. Ordered Soda and lime...never arrived. Pizza eventually was served having sat at kitchen for about five minutes while waitress sat at computer. Pizza was difficult to cut, had 5 pieces of pineapple and 7 pieces of ham, very little tomato base and was dry. Very disappointing . When went to pay, manageress asked, as they always do..how was it and I just hesitated and said it was a little dry, proffering my 20 quid note towards her. She then waved it away and said if we were not happy, then we dont pay. Wow. Where do you ever get that service??? Full marks for service.

“Good choice for families!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 29, 2014

I come here occasionally for breakfast, today a half term treat, two adults & two children. The place was packed but we were found seats fairly quickly & our drinks arrived soon after being ordered. We had quite a wait for our food to arrive, our waitress came to us twice to apologise for the delay but the kid were kept amused by the free games they were provided with so was not a problem. The food when it arrived was the typical F&B fare you come to expect after a while. Good food, well presented, good sized portions & as we chose from the lunch menu free top ups on the drinks. The kids had a pudding each & all for just under £30 so not bad priced we thought? You kind of know its not that good for the waist line but the kids love it & as an occasional treat F&Bs is an ideal stop off for families.
