I was invited to go by a friend,so had no preconceptions. It seems Ok on first sights, but there are rather too many tables squashed into quite a small floor space, we kept being "barged" by chairs being scraped back, and we couldn't help but hear the conversations from the tables next to us. The service was very slow, and we almost gave up and left before we were served, (and it wasn't particularly busy at the time.) We noted that the waitress got a few orders wrong for other people, and so wondered what would happen to ours,as I have specific dietary needs that I had outlined very carefully. The food was Ok in the end, but nothing special. There was a bit of a glitch at the payment desk,as we discovered cards were not accepted, only cash or cheques. Apparently, there is a very small notice to this effect on the door, but not many people see it. Very few people these days take a cheque book out with them, or have large amounts of cash on their persons, so I feel this payment method requirement needs to be much more prominent on the menus and mentioned by the waiting staff. I'm not sure that I will go again.
