“Simply Perfect”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

We had our wedding at Hodsock on 16 June 2012 and it was absolutely perfect! The house and gardens are so beautiful and elegant we felt like Lord and Lady of the manor for the day. Our family and friends all loved it too. We just want to do it all over again and wouldn't change a thing.
Lynda was fabulous, don't be fooled by her relaxed style she has absolutely everything under control and really knows her stuff! We have Lynda to thank for all sorts of useful tips and recommendations that helped the smooth running of the day.
Thank you Hodsock!

“Picnic & Pavarotti at the Priory”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 17, 2012

We recently held a charity event in the beautiful gardens at Hodsock Priory for around 600 people. The day was a fabulous success and we are proud to have introduced many more people to this wondeful venue.

All their staff are professional and courteous at all times and their attention to detail is superb.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this venue for any type of business or leisure event.

“A beautiful place coupled with fantastic hosts!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

We attended an award ceremony at hodsock priory and we drove up the drive to be confronted with the priory itself that oozes history and the gardens it was set in gave a really lovely feel to the place. We were served canapés on reception by the fire with well dressed waitresses and the owners themselves. We were taken on a journey through the library with champagne and a violinist placing sweet music in the background before we came to the hall that was set out for our 3 course meal. The waiters and waitress' couldn't do enough for you. We were lucky enough to stay the evening and oh what a treat they had teapigs for the teabags! Fresh milk was supplied in a jug in the fridge!! It really is the passion the owner has for this place that shines through and makes it the perfect place to visit. I WILL be having my wedding here!! :)

“Hodsock Priory and Courtyard”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

Well ,where do you start?

From the moment you turn into the estate, its like entering another world. The Priory and Courtyard are set in a stunning setting. When the evening draws in the lighting is fantastic.

We have stayed here for an awards ceremony, and the hospitality shown by George and his team is without doubt the best we have ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is done to perfection.

This degree of hospitality runs right through to the rooms in the courtyard; Slick, efficient, and very luxurious. Right down to the crisp bed linen and fluffy towels.

Breakfast is superb, all locally sourced and cooked to how ever you like it. I even managed 2 plates!!!

The only down side is having to leave such a beautiful venue....

“Stunning exclusive wedding venue.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 10, 2012

As a wedding cake supplier, we visit Hodsock Priory regularly, and it is an absolute charm of a place. The Main Room has had an amazing decoration job done. The Bar room running from the main room is fantastic, and the location and secluded, extremely private nature of the place is just great.
