This hotel is awful. It didn’t seem very safe and the floors in the hallways were very lumpy and uneven. There wasn’t even a single towel in my room. I called the front desk and the lady rudely told me that the other girl was on a break and she would bring me some towels in 10 minutes. After about 45 minutes I went down and asked her for the towels and she was very rude and unapologetic. The bedroom wasn’t too bad but the bathroom was nasty and the toilet had obviously not been cleaned despite the fact that it had a sanitary strip around the lid – you would think that the cleaning service would at least flush the toilet before putting the band on – there was still a large piece of poop in the toilet (no lie)! The continental breakfast was just foul smelling orange juice. I would never ever go back!
