If you're looking for a quiet place this is the perfect location. Still, it is only 10 mins walking distance to historic and magnificent Bamburgh Castle and about the same to the beautiful beach. This is a peaceful little village and it has a very relaxed atmosphere, I could open my windows during the night without hearing any disturbing noises. My room was clean and my bed very comfortable. Breakfast here was usually more than I could eat. I appreciated the fact that I could choose whether my room needed cleaning or not. Malcolm and Linda are lovely people and made me feel very welcome! Thank you again for everything ;-). I would most definitely love to return.

Beautiful Edwardian house, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - the warm welcome and kind hospitality could not have been better, it was an absolute pleasure to stay here and we will be back next time we are in Northumberland. Thank you for a lovely stay. Lindsay and Richard Martin

Stayed on the top floor with our little girl for two nights and nothing was too much trouble for Linda,Malcolm and their son , Mark. Very quiet, very clean and homely. Lovely traditional breakfast, we rolled out the door. We also ate at the family restaurant, Blacketts of Bamburgh, a lovely meal and lovely evening. Well done to you!

Room Tip: First floor room has an en- suite. The second floor has a separate shower on a private landing. Lov...
