I brought my wife to Flavour Bar for a Valentines Meal on 14th Feb as we couldnt believe it was only £20 for two people, we did wonder if maybe the food was going to be crap but we thought we would give it a try! When we walked into the bar part we thought it looked a bit bare but our waitress showed us into the main restaurant which had been decorated in true romantic style with heart garland, little tea lights and tables spaced apart so we had our privacy, the backgroud music was lovely aswell and really got me in the mood as im normally not a fan of valentines day!
We order prawn cocktals for starteds which was lovely, i ordered steak for my main and when it came i couldnt believe the size of it, mt wife had the chicken pasta and the chunks of chicken we gorgeous, we thought for £20 there had to be a catch, luckily for us i was wrong, we enjoyed a fab 3 course meal with a free bottle of wine, a great service from a lovely young lady (you know who you are) and were very pleased. We then went into the bar to watch the match, it was great to see what once had been a dying bar so full of people laughing and enjoying themselves, free snacks which we couldnt stomach and great drinks prices, you would think i was a salesman for the place, i really cant fault it and i take my hat off to the young couple who are there everyday trying to make their bsiness work, keep it up guys and we will see you at the weekend! from Steven and Paula.
