“Not the busiest time”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 7, 2012

it was ok, but nothing special, don't know what all the fuss is about, service not very friendly, it seemed they just wanted your money and out again, bit cramped in shop area and where you have to pay.

“Trip to Mainsgill Farm Shop”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 22, 2012

We would like to thank all the staff at Mainsgill Farm shop for the wonderfull afternoon we spent there recently. The food was excellent and our residents from the Terrace Care Home loved all the christmas decorations and appreciated all of the hard work that must have gone in to creating this wonderfull scenery.
We will definitely be returning, and would recommend a visit to anyone
Thank you
Best Wishes
The Residents of The Terrace Care Home Richmond

“what has gone wrong with the food and service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed November 7, 2012

On Sunday we called in for a meal. Got told they was no highchairs left, but on table V they was a couple with no children and a highchair next to them. After half a hour of stuggling with the little one and finding it impossib;e to eat my meal. I went and asked the same waitress again about the highchair on table V and yes it was not been used and I could have it... even buy more highchairs or maake sure staff take the empty one away when empting the table.
When I went to the toilet I noticed people had left quite a bit of their Sunday Roast.. was hoping it was because they were big potions so wrong... Meat was chewy and horrible... it has to be the worst Sunday roast we have all had. Waitress do not ask if it is ok, if they had we would of told them wht is wrong. My toddler had a sausage sandwich..Avoid. Sausage is horrible.
The only good things are hot drinks and sweets... That is all we will be calling in for in future. Which is a shme cas in the past i have gave the farm top reviews.

“If you want real farm kitchen food, look no further”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2012

Just have a very tastey Sunday lunch. I had beef Jan had pork, delicious.
It's also very hard to leave without buying any of the home made cakes.
