Just returned from a couple of nights at Townend farm. We had a fantastic time. The rooms have been very recently renovated so they were beautifully presented and immaculately clean and tidy, The breakfast on both mornings was excellent (how fresh do you like your eggs?!). The farm is perfectly situated for the Cleveland way and other walks. Most of all, the welcome offered by Julie, Iain and the rest of the family made us feel as though we'd known them for years - many thanks for a fantastic couple of days.
