“As always excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

We had a lovely large room with a bath upstairs . Limitless hot water . But what remains with you is the friendliness and interest of the staff. As always they are a pleasure to meet. The male staff on duty in the evening and in the night were both delightful .

I stayed at this hotel after been at work all day, I have stayed three times before and staff member, Scott who checked me in knew me from last time. This hotel location is great for the area. The rooms are great size and well clean, The bonus about this hotel is all rooms have a bath. The only reason why I did not give it a better rate is the price was a little to high with the rooms cost £50.00, I think the prices should have a review.

It's a motel so I wasn't expecting a fruit basket or a minibar anyway. In the scheme of things this is one of the cleanest with the friendliest staff. It is easy to find and surrounded by fast food and retail outlets. Parking is plentiful and free. I only stayed one night but wouldn't have a problem staying longer. Rooms are a good size, clean and comfy.

This hotel was exceptionally clean and very quiet. Ideally situated on a retail park with plenty of food options for a meal - Pizza Hut, Frankie and Benny's, Marks and Spencer (food hall and cafe.) Tesco opposite and plenty of shops! I've stayeed ion plenty of Travel Lodges before, but this was the best - highly recommend.

Very close to main motorways but far enough away to be quiet. Plenty of life round about for eating & shopping due to being in a retail park M & S next door & football ground at the rear, Tesco extra across the road McD's & Pizza Hut all within 1 min walk. We took a taxi for £5 along the road to Baths halls, very nice venue with seating & trendy bar area outside the auditorium & good concert venue with big stage stalks in front & seating on all sides upstairs thoroughly enjoyed our UB40 concert. Plenty of food shops along the road & took in wether spoons Bluebell pub for a night cap

We did not stay at the place due to a bereavement and then fot T/L having the cheek to send a questinaire how we felt about their business a bit rich . We tried to cancel 10 days prior to the stay and was told NO due to the early booking deal . So beware of booking early .We could understand the no refund policy if you were booking a room in London ,Edinngburgh ,Bath ,Windsor,or any major city or event ,but Scunthorpe ? i bet they have rarely ever been over subscribed .

my partner and i stayed here for two nights, room was clean and tidy, had t.v,but could not see now and next,or get a menu up,i think the only thing it was lacking was a toilet brush,to clean the pan after use,all lights in the room were very bright, even the ones at the side of the bed, could have done with a dimmer switch, will be staying there again,it was the first time we had stayed in a lodge,we always do the" b and b" thing, there was lots of food out- lets around too,as they dont do breakfast, but i was there to sleep, not there to eat.

Room Tip: take a clock with you,no clocks in any of the rooms,we also took a toaster, radio, heater.and a torch.
