This is another establishment that I have been visiting, on and off, for more years than I care to remember. A few years ago, the owner, for some reason best known to himself, decided to have the seating area redecorated. It's pleasant enough, but I preferred it the way it was. I do like traditional curry houses. Bring back flock wallpaper, booths, and sitar music in the background. Having said that, the food is always excellent, the service courteous and prompt, and the atmosphere pleasant. Just one very minor complaint - the last time that I went there, the bindi bhaji was rather woody. They use fresh okra to make it. Tinned okra is really much better. I'm very fussy about my bindi bhaji. Apart from that though, fantastic!
