“Big Breakfasts”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2014

We always visit when in Cowes for sailing events. A good service of traditional English breakfast before a day on the water staves off those hunger pangs!

“Staff rude.”

Never had such a worse service in a cafe before. Staff rude. Would not let me change my order after 2 mins. Very rude staff.

“Lovely Hospitality & Good Food at Decent Prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 20, 2014

We arrived at Eegon's and received a warm welcome. We initially asked if it was okay for us to bring in our Guide Dog Puppy and we were told it was. We ordered two 'Karen's Choice' breakfasts. The Karen's Choice breakfast is a set price (£6.50 from memory) and included sausage, bacon, egg, mushrooms, choice of beans or tomatoes, potatoes, fried bread, toast and a choice of tea or coffee. Looking through the menu on the table, and had we returned to Cowes we certainly would have returned to sample some of the items on offer. Maybe next year!

We got a warm welcome, good food and excellent service at a very good price.

“SUMMER LUNCH”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2014

Good honest food with a great cafe feel .You could imagine scooters lined up outside im the 60s.
But sauages cheap catering sauages. There must be a local sausage an Isle of Wight farmer could supply...
