Visited cafe Jeera on Saturday night. Place was busy, luckily got a table for two.
We ordered from the house specialities:
- lamb green mossala "Hot spicy diced chicken or lamb cooked with fresh green chilli, green pepper, corriander, cumin & ginger" = bland green sludge with no flavour and no spice (albeit the lamb was tender). Very poor...
- chicken jalfreezi - better, at least it tasted of the ingredients, however it was 'mild', oily and average at best.
The staff visited our table at high frequency - less concerned with us enjoying the night, but in rushing us along.
