“A must for Top Gear Fans.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

I loved this place. Took the kids who also enjoyed it. We are big Top Gear fans so we loved all the Top Gear exhibits and show and spent a couple of hours in this section. The museum contains all the history of vehicles which is interesting, as was the Bond Cars. Monorail and the old bus help you get around the large park and are no extra charge. We went on the Go-Karts which is always good fun. Our 3 year old loved the mini-karts (free) aswell as the playground. The abbey and old house was excellent although a touch boring for kids apparently. Actors are all around playing the Old Characters, riding penny farthings and old cars etc.

This place is a must for Top Gear fans, Bond fans, Car fans, History fans!

Probably a bit of a mans day out but my family liked it and i would recommend it to all.

“Interesting”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2013

Went with our family - 2 children - they found it very interesting and entertaining. We have been before when our children were small and recommended it to our family. We are retired now and obviously tired sooner than they did, so we left but they stayed much longer, and went on the monorail which the young one loved. He was also impressed with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and will have something to tell his friends when he goes home.

“always never quite measures up to expectations”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

I can't put my finger on it but inside it lacks personality or ambience it feels just a little too cold if you know what I mean. Great collection of cars and history loved the house etc but just needs a little something more for me to rave about it

“A must for car fanatics”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 1, 2013

I have visited this place several times and never get bored with it. Each time I go there is always something new to see or do. The latest change has been the Bond cars, there are now more cars to see. The gardens and the old monastery are lovely to walk around too. If you check on their website they also do special events such as the auto jumble or the motorcycle ride in. Theres loads to do all year round. After visiting the museum why not go into the village or pay a visit to Bucklers Hard these are also worth a visit and close by. Enjoy.
