I am a long standing frequent visitor to the Romsey Purbani and there is good reason for this.
Whilst there are several other good Indian Restaurants to choose from in Romsey, in my opinion this is by far the best.
The recent improvements made to the layout of the restaurant emphasise the managements desire to ensure your visit is a pleasant and enjoyable one.
The staff are very welcoming, warm, friendly and tentative. As a frequent visitor, I obviously know the staff quite well but the team ensure that every customer is well looked after, overseen by the ever present management who are understandably take great pride in the restaurant.
But you don't just have to accept my word for it. Frequent visits by well known faces speaks volumes for the standard of the restaurant.
On my last visit, Ian Botham, the head of the Ageas Bowl, and several members of the New Zealand cricket team were dining, having unfortunately given England a whipping in the ODI.
For great Indian food, a great atmosphere and attentive friendly staff there is no other choice.
