“Excellent restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2014

Came here as party of two. The owner was extremely friendly and attentive to her customers and replaced my pork with cashew nut dish when I mentioned the chef had forgotten to put the cashew nuts in it without question.

The food was delicious and I would definitely go again. The restaurant had a very nice atmosphere.

“Worst meal I have ever purchased”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2014

Purchased a Chinese takeaway from lj Chinesefareham. After waiting for best part of an hour in waiting area arrived home with what I can only describe as the worst meal I have ever had.The food was undercooked and cold(poor show when your chef can't even cook rice, chow
Mein and the basics like chips).
It took an age for the takeaway to answer the telephone. They were not willing to refund the money for the food, they wanted the food collected and inspected by the chef. Hours later the food was collected, no response from the Chinese.
Called the Chinese next day the owner(jo jo) really rude not prepared to do anything didn't even intend to call us back. She then said she was too busy to talk to us and hung up the telephone. Called back hung up four more times.
All I can say avoid this sub standard takeaway. We have informed environmental health as serving under cooked cold food is obviously not safe.
Please don't be caught out and waste your hard earned money, we won't ever darken their door step again.

this is a lovely restaurant, the décor is gorgeous, very modern,
the menu is extensive and the food delicious,
they are shut on a sunday evening though which is strange but there you go.

“Awful”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed December 23, 2013

A group of 8 of us visited this restaurant for a Christmas outing last week. As soon as we ordered the alternative to the Christmas menu the crackers were removed from the table although the meal was still £24.95 per head. We eventually got the crackers reinstated but don't know why we bothered as they were the cheapest and nastiest crackers I have ever witnessed. The meal was not very appetising and lacked taste and presentation. A waste of money. Never again will we visit this restaurant.
