I don't really know how to describe our stay at the Millers, other than just EXCELLENT. From the moment we checked in! Excellent secure parking, very secluded location yet not far away from shops, pubs & good transportation links(roads, trains & buses). Not to mention how clean and comfortable our room was.

Room Tip: Any room is a good room, downstairs if to lazy to go up.........!

A newly built stylish property 1 of 4 sited in a small gated community situated within easy walking distance of Emsworth town centre. Greeted at the front gate by our host we were taken to our extra large double room. There we found a very comfy king size bed, 2 chairs and coffee table, drinks making facility and a fabulous en suite bathroom.
We opted for the additional breakfast and were very pleased we did. The full English was excellent vaue for money and superbly cooked and presented.
Millers location is ideal for so many attractions and towns on the south coast and has excellent road and rail connections. They're biker friendly too and being able to leave the bike knowing it was secure inside the gates was reassuring. Can't wait to return!

Super house safely sited in gated and attractive grounds. We were given a very warm welcome and were upgraded to a more spacious room on the ground floor which overlooked pretty gardens. Our dog was made very welcome too which is so important to us. There was water for dogs outside the front door and a doggie bin to use after the dog enjoyed a lovely run on their huge grassy area.
The accommodation was excellent; spotlessly clean, super comfortable bed, super shower in the ensuite, in fact everything you could want. The breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of choice. It felt like the standard of a top hotel. Margita is a delightful hostess; friendly, helpful and informative and made us want to return.
From the map you can see it is very close to the motorway. Don't let this put you off as you cannot see it and we did not hear it at all in our room. There was a low road noise outside. Millers is only minutes from the town to walk or drive.
Altogether an outstanding establishment to stay for enjoying the beautiful surrounding countryside and stunning coastal areas.

Beautiful house in a superb location. We loved the gated access, very secluded! The owner greeted us on the drive and was very helpful and kind. The room was great, nice big TV, very comfy big bed, our own secluded outdoor sitting area and an amazing shower room! Plenty of variety of tea too which pleased us, nice little touch. Every small detail has been thought out. Would happily stay again, shame it was a VERY short stop this time.

Will I stay again? Yes! A lovely boutique b&b. Huge room (with private garden), huge bed, great shower and great quality. Even better, totally dog friendly with no hidden extra charges or rules.

The breakfast does cost extra, but was delicious and to be recommend. The welcome on arrival was lovely. This was like being a guest in someone's lovely modern home, but with total peace and privacy.

Great value!

I booked this a s one night stay for an interview, all I wanted was a pleasant night's sleep. What I got was far better than expected! Lovely modern room (I had the Burgundy suite), with under floor heating and thermostats for both the room and en suite bathroom. Comfortable double bed, nice big tv, complementary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The bathroom was especially nice with a large shower that was almost like a waterfall!

The breakfast in the morning was brilliant too, with a wide choice of cereal and a fancy cooked breakfast too. Staff were very nice and service brilliant overall. Would definitely recommend, especially if you are a couple looking for a short break.

Room Tip: Burgundy suite is very nice, fantastic bathroom!

Had to stay over with work and by chance found this excellent Bed & Breakfast. Clean, modern, brilliant wifi, superb shower and the best breakfast I have had for years. I wish there were more places like this. Too many places now have the breakfast warming away for hours. Was really nice to get a properly cooked breakfast - two eggs, bacon, sausage, mushrooms and then a few little extra pieces as well. Everything was perfect and would have scored higher if it was available . Sets a new standard.
