We recently visited with a party of 10 children, celebrating our grandson's birthday. The location/setting is superb, very rustic with very adventurous tree activities at all levels, which the kids really enjoyed. We liked the natural, unspoiled environment. (shame about the toilets!) The kids were well briefed regarding safety and do's and dont's, from a very nice member of staff, but there did not seem to be enough staff around to ensure that these instructions were adhered to. It was also very difficult to identify staff from visitors. ( badges or uniforms to highlight staff would have been helpful) The children were told to shout "rescue" if they genuinely required help but we noticed on various occasions that the calls for "rescue" took a minimum of 10 mns before they received assistance from a member of staff. Overall, a brilliant activity but safety/supervision concerns somewhat dampened our enthusiasm. Great potential!
