Were booked for two weeks earlier. Deep snow made travelling then impossible. Head office very understanding and re-booked for later. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Not luxury- but was ok for us to visit friends who live in the area.
A few more parking places designated for disabled would be beneficial.
There are only three at present!
Would stay again.
