On travelling through Jaywick we were apaulled to see such a run down,dirty place,kids kicking shopping baskets around the shops outside,over grown landscape areas,council get your finger out Jaywick is a disgrace,we arrived at the camp site,still not impressed...noticed a very small out door pool,also inside pool was no better,totally unexceptable for my 2 yr old grandaughter,so never got used,got our keys for our caravan thinking well surely it cant get much worse than this,how wrong we were,One key opens only one door,not much good when there is a family,and one wants to go one direction,where does one leave the key,,, Now inside the caravan,yuk,filthy dirty stained carpets,big black grease looking marks,We sat on the seating area,got up 10 minutes later to cold wet bums,all the seating areas were so damp we had to change our clothes,plodding on into the bedrooms,oh my god,mildew/mould on the pillows,we just couldnt beleive it,went to tesco in clacton and brought new pillows and a quilt,3 were ok but the others were dirty,stayed only 2 nights,need i say more,want a clean nice site,go to caister,or hopton in yarmouth,complaint is being written up today.dont waste your money on a tip of a caravan park.

Hello and thank you for your feedback. I must apologise that your holiday with us did not meet your expectations. We work closely with a number of local organisations in order to improve and maintain the local area and some huge improvements have been made over the last year and there are some wonderful local attractions surrounding us. We strive to ensure the cleanliness of all accommodation on our Park is of a high standard, but it appears that there has been some issues that have been overlooked on this occasion and for that I must apologise. I can assure you that had these issues been reported to us whilst on Park then we would have rectified these immediately. I will be ensuring that processes are adhered to ensure these issues should not arise. When our guests do encounter problems, we ask them to report them to reception so that we can send our maintenance and/or cleaning teams in to correct things and ensure our guests enjoy the remainder of their stay. I’d like to apologise once again, and I hope that this won’t stop you from visiting another Park Resorts park in the future.
