Went here with a large group for a Birthday meal in December, we didn’t have to wait too long to be seated as our table was ready, however once seated we seemed to wait forever for the waitress to come back for drinks orders, then again for her to take meal orders.
The food was well presented and from the general discussion around the table everyone enjoyed it. I however had ordered my usual which is one of their “Specialty” pizza’s, and when it arrived, although it certainly looked fantastic, the dough was extremely salty to the point that I couldn’t finish it. I admit that I do tend to add a lot of salt to my food, so I don’t usually taste it unless there’s quite a bit thrown on top, however for me to find this that salty it almost seemed that they had accidently rolled the dough in salt instead of flour. I ended up just picking off the toppings after about halfway as I couldn’t manage the taste anymore. The starters and desert however were fine, and everyone else seemed to have enjoyed their food with no flavour issues. Though one or two of the group had their orders mixed up a bit upon arrival, and this took quite a while to sort out between the waitress not understanding the problem and her translating this back and forwards to the kitchen a few times.
Overall not as good an experience as I’ve had at other Prezzo's in the county, it’s a restaurant we visit quite frequently throughout the year, so I was a little disappointed at the considerable negative difference in comparison to other branches.
