“Fantatic Food...brilliant value...friendly service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 19, 2014

Just discovered this restaurant and have been here 3 times now over a couple of weeks...Sunday lunch every table was reserved.....and I can understand why...very enjoyable.
Quality food and ingredients.....laid back informal atmosphere...very friendly service.
The Chef can really cook well.....its genuine quality.
This is one of those special places where you're not sure whether to give too great a review
because I don't want it being too popular...we may not be able to get in there in the future !
A great addition to the Bexhill eateries and now one of my local favourites

Been going in to Whole cafe since it opened in September last year. Run by a young hard working couple. Food is excellent every time, and reasonably price, alway a welcome atmosphere. Great for all age.

“Bexhill's Best Kept Secret!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2014

Don't be misled by the name, this is a wonderful place to brunch, lunch or coffee & cake during the day but also to enjoy superb first class restaurant dining on Friday and Saturday evenings (with more evenings to follow we hope).
Situated on the edge of the town centre, it is a 5 minute stroll from the train station and 3 minutes from the De La Warr and seafront.
The space is laid out wonderfully so you can sit comfortably and cosily whether you are dining alone or in a large group.
If you're looking for value for money, look no further. You will not find food of this standard at these prices anywhere else in or around Bexhill.
A three course evening meal is only £12.50 ! (NB. as a new business they currently only accept cash)
The locally caught fish is always cooked to perfection. The flavour combinations of all the dishes are highly creative, yet simple and delicious. The desserts are delicate and extremely moreish!
Yet the stars are Dave and Jude the owners. A talented team creating a great place to eat.
You will leave smiling and planning your return visit.
