We were shown to a table in an almost empty room, only one other table occupied and they found it necessary to show us to the table next to them. There was a general feeling of being rushed. The service was overall very unprofessional. Two waiters, one so called teaching the other. The "experienced" one had to be told how to spell an item we ordered from the menu before he could write it down! Our starters were mediochre, three out of the four were not really recognisable as being the item ordered. The starter plates were removed quickly just giving us time to take the last mouthful.
The mains two were good and two were tasteless and could have been a jar of sauce pour over the meat. My chicken dish did not have a hint of curry. If I had been blind I would not have known it was supposed to be curry.
We paid the bill allowing ten percent on top and the waiter having taken it away, came back loudly and accusingly that we had not paid enough when the opposite was true. It was very embarrassing as the tables had filled up a bit during the evening. Again, very unprofessional and he blamed his colleague saying "he is a beginner" - at least he didn't say "he's from Barcelona!!"
If it had been a good experience I would say the cost was reasonable but in the circumstances it was very expensive.
