“Lunch on Sunday”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

We had been for a walk over the Norfolk mountains and needed some sustenance. The beer was OK. the food took ages and was not worth the wait. Prices were OK though so I guess you get what you pay for.

“Food Good - Not Enough of it!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2014

We visited this pub restaurant on Fathers day 2014 whilst staying in the area. Three of us had the Sunday lunch and one other had Scampi. No complaints about the service as it was quick and efficient. No complaints about the quality of the food as it was hot and tasty but the portions were not very big and my husband was most put-out that they had put a swede mashy mixure under his dinner. (he hates creamy things and also swede). The lunch is served in a large dish so it was hidden at the bottom and couldn't be removed from the rest of the food. I would suggest that they tell customers what the vegetables are. Prices were competitive and only came to £42.00 including a soft drink each.
