Just felt I had to write this given a few negative reviews that have been given. The reviews in question were clearly written by those more used to 5 star luxury than those accostamed to regual stays in youth hostels. The staff were freindly and the accomadation was faultless. They also had sky which ment that I dint fall behind on Britains Olympic g achievments . All in all a tip top place.

I stayed in the deepdale Yurt and had a fantastic stay. the staff were very friendly and helpful giving me loads of advice on things to see and do whilst i was there. The toilet blockwas kept wonderfully clean and the dish racks on the washing up sinks is a wonderful touch. It is litle things like that that really make me feel looked after. The Yurt itself was amazing. Very comfortable and total oppulence for a camping experience! I would recomend this site and these facilities to anyone. It made me holiday a truly unforgettable experience.

All in all one of the best sites I have ever stayed at, Toilet block clean tidy and adequate, as a regular camper I can tell you there are the usual amount of toliets and showers for this standard of site. Great staff, location perfect for walking and cycling and Brancaster beach is one of the best i have visited - All in all fantatic and I will be back - thanks for a great stay, BBQ and Quiz nigh on Sunday a nice end to our stay.

We had booked a lovely weekend away, but on arrival, the lady on reception was the most rude and obnoxious person we have ever experienced. We had booked 2 nights but wanted to change the date of one of the nights. I was happy to pay and for them to fit me in when they had a space. However, the lady was so rude and aggressive in dealing with us. She did not try to resolve the simple matter politely, she only added to the situation. She is a disgrace to the company. The site looked lovely but the service was shocking...in the end we had to get a full refund and return home after driving for hours. We have just returned home from 7 months travelling around the world and we are embarrassed to receive the worst service so close to home. Absolutely shocking.
