“Spa day with an attitude ”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2014

We booked a spa day for me and my partner through spa breaks.. on the internet. We arrived and simple wanted to book in our spa day oh the rude woman on juice bar desk blonde hair with glasses.. dont remember her name.. have I got a print out well do I need one!? Asking who I booked through why is there an issue istead with me instead of saying its ok we can sort.. rude woman she is! Asking if I could use my phone to forward the email to them! Really!! Annoying start. Well after having to do that we continue to our spa day! Defo not worth 70 pound we couldn't use pool facilties till after our treatments because of a class on! Ok I had a back and neck massage was ok didn't last long though but was good.. pool was so cold and outside pool was too hot.. the food we got was great was best part! After we left we we didn't even say goodbye from the spa staff oh well

“bit of a let down”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 2, 2014

we booked as part of a dinner bed and breakfast plus a treatment and use of spa facilities didn't start well as we came down from the hotel for our booked treatment we were asked to fill in some forms and told the girls wld collect us, which they eventually did around 15 mins later ! the staff themselves are lovely and very helpful both In the health club and the beauty side. however the treatment itself was disappointing compared with others I ve had there was no prep at all. the facilities themselves are fine I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the sauna however other reviews are right about not being ideal for relaxation as there were swimming lessons taking place. the changing rooms are a little in need of updating in my opinion. don't think I wld go back

“So worth the money!!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 13, 2014 via mobile

I booked a spa break for 12 of us through Spabreaks.com - £104 for dinner bed and breakfast, an hour treatment and full use of all facilities all day both days - I would definitely recommend this offer and I've heard on the Puma website there are cheaper offers for the same package- we had a great time and meal was fabulous!

“Ok not great”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 9, 2014 via mobile

Went on spa day for friends birthday we paid only £25 each was good value as we got a massage and afternoon tea was very nice, however the facility's are not great I've been before and both times the pool smells of urine! the jacuzzi was all slime and the steam room also had a bad smell such a shame you expect more from a 4* hotel changing area poor and dirty disappointing really.

“Relaxing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 13, 2014

Spa staff should be teaching reception staff how to meet and greet clients. Would recommend it. Very relaxing.
